Theo Bộ luật Virginia, Sở Bảo tồn và Giải trí Virginia đang chuẩn bị một kế hoạch tổng thể cho Công viên Tiểu bang Đường mòn High Bridge. Mục đích của quy hoạch tổng thể là hướng dẫn việc quản lý và phát triển công viên bằng cách xác định các nguồn tài nguyên thiên nhiên, văn hóa và vật chất, cũng như xác định nhu cầu của công viên và thu hút công chúng.
The Department of Conservation and Recreation hosted a public information meeting on October 6, 2025, at the Town Council Meeting Room in Farmville, Virginia.
The purpose of the meeting was to obtain feedback on the preliminary recommendations of the proposed master plan, including the park ’s mission statement, interpretive themes, goals and objectives, and recommendations for new and improved recreational facilities. At the end of the meeting, the public had an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on the proposed development plan.
