This unique evening hosted by Imagine Well Being begins with a guided sensory immersion at Sweet Run State Park, inviting you to slow down and connect deeply with the natural world around you. We’ll then move through a gentle mindful movement practice designed to support presence, grounding, and ease in the body. As twilight settles, we’ll gather in the picnic pavilion to enjoy a shared meal of nourishing soup, looking out over the beautiful meadow. As night falls and stars begin to appear above the hills, we’ll end with a soothing sound bath, allowing the vibrations to support integration, rest, and renewal under the night sky. Meet by the picnic table near the parking area at 2:50 pm. We will start at 3:00 pm. Please wear shoes for hiking and dress for the weather. Registration Link
