Hungry Mother State Park is accepting applications for for an Events Coordinator position.
Job Summary:
Hungry Mother State Park is searching for a talented and highly motivated event coordinator to grow our special event bookings and create new park event offerings. The event coordinator will work closely with the Park Manager and Assistant Park Manager of Visitor & Event Services to promote, plan, and execute event bookings and park events at the Lakeview Event Center, Hemlock Haven Conference Center, and around the park. The coordinator will work alongside the Lakeview Events Team to ensure all aspects of our events are covered. Currently, the park hosts a wide range of events from weddings, baby showers, engagement parties to corporate events, retreats, and private dinner parties. Our goal is to maintain, grow, and strengthen our event bookings, park-sponsored event offerings, and offer a guided planning process to our event facility clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
This position requires frequent weekend and evening availability to coincide with contracted events.
